Toasty Baby Goat

Just like his predecessor,Butter Bean our first house goat baby, Murry has singed off all his eyelashes! It is the fault of  his new love, the heater!

He needs nothing as long as his new heater "momma" is fired up! If it weren't for the door I'm almost certain he would have..well.. roasted himself!

Notice  in this picture here, we were commenting on how he no longer has eyelashes and laughing at him, he looks over his shoulder and is clearly saying,"Don't judge me!!!!"

Eyelashes are over rated anyways!

Goats in the house??? I guess when they need that extra loving care, they need that extra loving care!!

He is adorable there. I think I could singe my eye lashes somehow with that set up too. It's so tempting to get up close and personal! Not scary like open fire places...

Hey, I don't blame him. I would probably do the same thing.

I have a little ceramic heater right at the foot of my toilet....that seat is so dang cold I can barely get my bum on it! So I know if it were possible, I'd singe the hairs straight off my legs! Smart goat, to want to stay toasty warm when it's so cold!

Cute little fellow and smart too! I'd trade eye lashes for staying toasty warm.

I'm so excited to have found your blog, through Farmgirl Cyn's blog list. My husband and I are hoping to buy some land within the next year and raise some goats. In the meantime, I'll just enjoy them vicariously through you :-) (I've just added my name to your Follower's list).

I meant to tell you that a local friend of mine emailed me a goat photo the other day, because she wanted me to see a cute goat kid standing on the door of a dishwasher - I looked and said, "that's Murry!" I hadn't seen that photo of him though so don't know where she got the pic.
