I know many of you out there are wonderful seamstresses. I know that sadly, some of you out there are like me in the fact that you love cute hand sewn things, like this apron, but when you go to make your own they turn out lopsided and crazy looking! I have two ...strange looking..yes that is a good way to describe them,aprons I made hanging on my pantry door! My sewing is sad to say the least! I spent 80% of my time ripping out what I managed to sew together! I really need to win a decent apron! So what ever type you are, a sew good gal or a ripper, you will still want to enter because it is a beautiful apron anyone would be proud to wear! I love this apron. The frill on the bottom is so 40's wonderful. I will have to make one. Sewing, like cooking, is practice. Thanks for sharing this, serendipity I suppose, have been looking for a vintage pattern for ages. Merry Christmas and peace for all

Hey girly, I went and entered the apron give away for you! I told them if I won to send the apron to you :O)...
Its real cute, if you don't win... I do sew ...how about I make you an apron :O) I have a pattern very close in looks to that one :O), I have been meaning to try this pattern out... I am slow as Christmas but if you don't win, I will eventually get you one made :O)... hows that :O)....
