I can't get that close to our turkeys -- our bronze breasted has a lazer sight fixed to my forehead. What breed are these turkeys? Can't say I've seen them before. :)

They are Bourbon Reds and they are just like dogs,follow us everywhere, and very gentle and tame!

Fine looking turkey's you have there ma'am! I dearly loved the videos!

I must admit though, I was seeing the turkey lurkey's without their feathers, and roasted to a warm brown, ready for Thanksgiving dinner with all the trimmings! :)

Ah cool! My hubby always liked the Bourbon Reds while I was partial to the Royal Palms. They are fun birds to watch. =)

The original ones came from McMurry hatchery.Some of those were born here on the farm!
