I can't get that close to our turkeys -- our bronze breasted has a lazer sight fixed to my forehead. What breed are these turkeys? Can't say I've seen them before. :)
Nancy,They are Bourbon Reds and they are just like dogs,follow us everywhere, and very gentle and tame!
They are so handsome! Except for that wattle. Weird little attachment... :)
My lady would love a turkey or two as a pet. Sheesh - I hope she doesn't put any down here in my boudoir!!!

Ah cool! My hubby always liked the Bourbon Reds while I was partial to the Royal Palms. They are fun birds to watch. =)
